Do 1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar

The blue sorbet can be tried for Fourth of July. Combine ingredients in blender:
The 2 pints blueberries
Do 1 pint blackberries or huckleberries
1/2 cup agave nectar or 1 cup simple syrup
